Positive: From the moment you step into this wonderful hotel, you know you have arrived somewhere very special. No drama at check in or waiting to be served. We were led to some comfortable seats, brought a glass of Cava and the reception staff checked us in, explained the facilities, made us all our dinner reservations at our preferred times (this was Whatsapped over to us), and guided us to our rooms. The room was the perfect size for myself and my husband - with plenty of hangars in the closet, a good sized balcony and bathroom replenished with fresh fluffy towels daily . The gym was well equipped. Pool was lovely temperature, and having the QR codes on each parasol made ordering food and drink really convenient. The food was unreal - great flavours, and choice. Nothing was any trouble for any of the staff - even with some very specific breakfast requests from my husband! We felt we never had to wait for service for bar drinks either, despite some very busy nights. Music was in most bars, whether that was a DJ or live band. All were great. Overall, we had a fabulous time, and will be back next year

Positive: The abundance of kids activities. Our kids swam, played football and tennis, and attended multiple events at the kids club. We also used the hotel bikes daily and took a biking trip to Estepona, which was a highlight of our trip. The pools were good (but need some shade maybe more trees) and the staff were wonderful.
Negative: The food was a major disappointment for us. We tried eight out of the nine restaurants and seven served below average food (soggy, pre-cooked, tasteless). The exception was Anaya, the Asian restaurant which we enjoyed. The atmosphere at night was not as lively as we'd hoped. There were singers or musicians and on one night a flamenco dancer but the overall atmosphere was quite. We had two rooms; a standard room which was quite small (actually shockingly small), and a garden room which was spacious and perfect for our family.
